A TRUE hidden gem! Took my Italian friend here and she said this was the most AUTHENTIC Italian food she's had in the entire DMV area since she moved to America from Italy! Cosima has the cutest and classiest environment. Their prices are SO affordable! Food and drinks are absolutely delicious! Their service is off the charts! We were so incredibly well pleased with our experience and even contemplated coming back the next night!

Definitely one of the nicer fine dining restaurants in Baltimore. It had a rustic ambiance in the restaurant. I went for a large dinner party and the servers were all very attentive and accommodating. The pizza I got was crispy and cheesy, to my liking. There is garage parking available.

This is my favorite restaurant. I am still dreaming about the whole Bronzino that I ordered. It is so good! My husband and I always start with the pizza of the day and holy wow it's always the best pizza I've ever had. Their pizzas are ALWAYS delicious. He always switches up his entrees, last time he got the brisket special. I have to stick w the fish because it's absolutely incredible. I read that their debuting a new menu (w more affordable options!!!) tmrw and can't wait to check it out. Please come check them out. They offer free valet!!

I went to Cosima happy hour and i enjoyed it, even better when i am not paying, but that is neither here nor there lol. Cosima has been around for a long time, but have not been, I checked out their Happy hour, the prices well hmm now a days Happy Hour is not like what it used to be, but its iwhat it is. I stuck with the venticello drink, got like 4 of them, not particularly strong, but delicious. Ordered the flat bread, meatballs and shrimp.. All were good. Will check the out again .

Half of this meal was superb and the other half was good. The restaurant itself has massive ambiance - to get there you wind down a narrow driveway down to the river. When you get to the bottom it feels like you've discovered a secret. The building sits right on the river, and the patio overlooks it. Truly gorgeous. The highlights: * Burrata, tomato confit, and pesto crostini. This was so decadent any one component would have been a treat, but all of them together were a party. * Melon soup - this was served chilled and was sweet and almost cupcake-like. Very unexpected, but in a very good way. * Panna cotta - the texture was perfect and the berry mixture was a balanced mix of sweet and tart. The pasta was less successful, with an uneven texture and finish. However, the service was top notch and the food presentation was thoughtful. This feels like a great place for happy hour or for drinks and appetizers.

I hadn't been to Cosima since two years ago during restaurant week. After I heard they had gluten free pasta and pizza options, I knew I had to make a point to return. The inside is still really beautiful with very industrial chic architecture. They still offer complimentary valet which was great since street parking is scarce and the steep winding driveway down to the restaurant would be difficult to walk down. I was able to get a dinner reservation for four the same day and we were seated downstairs immediately. The food was great from start to finish! I was really impressed with the complimentary bread service, including the gluten free options. We got the crispy brussels sprouts, burrata, and mussels to start. My favorite was the burrata which came with a lovely pesto sauce and blistered grape tomatoes. SO good. The mussels were also yummy and had a nice kick to the tomato and sausage based sauce. The brussels, while not a standout compared to other brussels I've had elsewhere, were still good although the aioli they came with wasn't super flavorful. We then got the mushroom pasta to share with gluten free noodles. The sauce was really creamy and delicious. However, we all agreed that everything could've used a pinch more salt, pepper, and cheese. Our waiter was kind enough to bring out some for us to we could adjust the dish to our preferences. The drinks were good too - I got the Noemi which was pretty much an aperol spritz. This is one of the drinks that's also available during happy hour pricing so I'll be back to enjoy that for sure. Overall, service was friendly and attentive and food was solid. Our bill for four, including apps, entrees, a round of drinks and a bottle of wine, was under $280. Not bad!

Decided to take advantage of Baltimore Restaurant Week last minute. Called around and most places we were interested in were booked for the night. It was fate because Cosima had a table for three available at 7pm. I've been here a couple times before, but this was our first time sitting upstairs. The restaurant is super cool, with a pretty steep driveway leading to the entrance of the restaurant. The space was lively and the energy was great. The staff here were super friendly. Our waiter was extremely kind and we had great conversation bonding over our love for San Diego. The food here was superb. The branzino stole the show. This was not on the regular restaurant week menu ($45) but for an extra $10 you got the whole fish. It was well worth the extra money. We had a great time here and left feeling extremely satisfied. Thank you Cosima for an amazing night!
